Incoming Erasmus/exchange/visiting students are obliged to participate in a Introduction to Polish Language and Culture in English.

If you know Polish well enough to participate in courses conducted in this language, you can either select a full programme in Polish or combine courses in Polish and English.

Prepare documents required for one semester/one year study programme at TEU:

  • Application Form (will be avaiable for download soon)
  • Transcript of Academic Records (issued by a candidate's home university)
  • 2 photographs (35x45 mm, on ligth backgroud)
  • a copy of applicant's identity card or passport

The deadline for sending application documents, for those who want to study at TEU in the autumn semester or for the whole year, is 30th July. To study at TEU in the spring semester, the deadline for sending application documents is November 1st.

After receiving your documents, the International Office will send you the decision on enrollment via e-mail. TEU can send you a "Letter of Acceptance" on your request

If, as a foreigner, you are anxious about dealing with Polish authorities, renting a flat, and finding your way in a new country and city, you can count on us. You will be assisted by a Polish student-mentor who will provide you with help and advice. If you are TEU Erasmus/exchange/visiting student, just tick the appropriate box in the application form to have a mentor assigned. We strongly recommend you to take this option.

After arrival at TEU, Erasmus/exchange/visiting students deliver to the International Office two copies of the Learning Agreement signed by the Erasmus Coordinator (or partner university's representative) at the home university.

Immediately after arrival in Kraków, TEU will provide you with a student card.
